     Get involved and give back to the Sumter Community that has given so much.  Sumter Senior Services offers many volunteer opportunities that provide both a challenge and personal reward.  Our slogan, a Partnership of People Caring for People, exemplifies the spirit and selflessness of our many volunteers.  We need help with home delivered meal routes, transportation to medical appointments, clerical and office duties, yard work, maintenance tasks, respite care and more.  Call Shirley Baker or Janice Williams at (803) 773-5508 to volunteer.  Or you may want to become involved with the Retired and Senior Volunteer Program (RSVP).  RSVP offers meaningful volunteer opportunities for people over age 55.  Please view our RSVP page for future information.
